• Your device model
• Your iOS or Android version
• Your Snapper Diner app version
• What happened and the steps that led to it
Purchases and restored access
Open the VIP Store and choose Restore Purchases while signed in with the same Apple or Google account used for the original purchase. If an item remains locked after a successful purchase, restart Snapper Diner, check your internet connection, try Restore Purchases again, then contact us. Never send passwords or payment-card details.
Gameplay help
Snapper Diner is a face-to-face two-player game played on one phone. Players sit opposite each other and use their own side of the screen. Sound is required for the full gameplay experience.
